Hello~ I'll give my hand at a constructive critique. Don't mind me, I don't like using the "critique input", I just generally put it into the comment post >_>;;.

Your style certainly has changed over the years, as art usually does with an individual. Your colouring improved drastically as well; it's very vibrant and eye catching here. Usage of shadowing and high lighting adds depth and allows the viewing to cast their eyes on these areas even more (especially the shiny hair~ .3.). The shading on the bust is good, but I'm a bit confused as where the light source is coming from on the full body one? The shadows on the clothes and on the skin don't quite match up, so I'm wondering where the light is casting on him. From the top? Angled from the side? Directly in front? Those are good tips to think about when you shade. Sometimes I get a little confused when I do it myself, but I see a lot of people put a little dot on their images to remind themselves where their light source is to reminds them where to place their shadows. The object itself, is also "3D", in a sense, so it gets even more complicated lol.

Just wondering, was there a reference used in the original picture? The pose and foreshortening in the original appear more accurate than the later rendition. I feel like there should be a bend to the knee on his left leg in this one? Having it just straightened makes him appear a bit off; his back arm as well, is swung back, so the forearm should also appear shorter because it is farther into the distance. I hate foreshortening, because it's always hard to tell how much length you need if it's closer or further from the front view- if the length of the limb is too long in a foreshortened stance, it'll be disproportionately too long when in normal view. I hope that makes sense >_>;;. Watch out for the middle finger too in the front hand, it looks like he broke it D:. Try to make it less exaggerated/bent, and more... rounded to the front, as it would appear front view.

Also, I'm not sure if this was intentional, or if maybe they are hidden by his hair, but he doesn't have eyebrows in this picture? xD I was looking at it for a bit and thought there was something missing, and then I realised, no eyebrows lol. And as I mentioned before, with time, style changes, so that might be the case, but the proportions of the face in the first picture appear more sound- eyes placed at halfway the length of the face, bottom of nose halfway from the halfway mark, and lips halfway from that point. Here, the eyes appear to be in the higher regions of the face. The distance between the lips and nose makes the gap appear too large. Perhaps the nose should be lowered a bit?

Overall, your colouring technique has improved drastically. The depth of high lighting and shadowing on the hair keeps making me look at it; quite an eye catcher. Your choice of colour as well are lovely vibrant ones- red (ace choice for hair) and blue (wow, love that shade on the eyes! :U). Small reminders for future pictures: watch for placement of shadows; keep in mind where the light source is; check for foreshortening and if unsure, don't be afraid of using a reference- those are really good! (something I need to do more of, seriously :I); check for proportions of face, limbs, and overall body/anatomy. Again, references are great :3.

I hope this has given you some insight on your pic ^^ ;;.
